How an Energy Session Works

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and preferences. In every session, all four practices—Reiki, Qigong, Chakra Balancing, and Aura Cleansing—are seamlessly combined into one cohesive experience. The practitioner acts as a compassionate facilitator, using specific techniques to assess, clear, and rebalance your energy field. The process is non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and designed to support your body’s innate intelligence rather than impose external change. Sessions typically last 45 to 90 minutes, and many clients report immediate feelings of calm, clarity, or renewed energy afterward.

The Four Core Practices

Each modality contributes its own gentle strength to the integrated session:

  • Reiki: A Japanese technique of laying on of hands (or hands held just above the body) that channels universal life-force energy to the client. It promotes deep relaxation, pain relief, and emotional release while supporting the body’s natural healing response.

  • Qigong: An ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to cultivate and circulate vital energy (Qi). It helps strengthen internal energy reserves, improve circulation, and foster a profound sense of grounded calm.

  • Chakra Balancing: A focused technique that assesses and harmonizes the body’s seven primary energy centers. By clearing blockages and restoring proper flow, this practice supports emotional stability, mental clarity, and physical vitality.

  • Aura Cleansing: A gentle process that clears stagnant or heavy energies from the subtle field surrounding the body. It removes accumulated emotional residue and environmental influences, leaving clients feeling refreshed, protected, and energetically renewed.
